As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you'll help improve how recruitment works across Europe. You'll partner with Country HR teams, optimise recruitment technology, turn data into insights and deliver projects that make hiring simpler, smarter and more effective.

This is your daily action

 

As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you'll become a trusted partner to our HR teams across Europe. Together, you'll identify recruitment challenges, develop solutions and drive initiatives that improve recruitment effectiveness, candidate experience and hiring outcomes. No two days are the same. You might be leading an ATS improvement project, analysing recruitment funnel performance, implementing a new process, optimising recruitment marketing channels, partnering with country HR Managers or rolling out operational improvements that help our teams attract talent more effectively. You will:

 

  • Drive recruitment operations projects from planning through implementation.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders across multiple European countries to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage project plans, priorities, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Create, improve and maintain recruitment processes, operational playbooks and work instructions.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of recruitment technology and system enhancements.
  • Analyse recruitment data, monitor funnel performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and improve reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Lead and support recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media attraction campaigns and candidate experience initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and engagement across European markets..
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve ways of working across our recruitment teams.
  • Act as a key operational partner for recruiters, HR stakeholders and external vendors.

You'll join our Recruitment Enablement team, a newly formed team with a clear mission: building a recruitment machine that supports Action's rapid international growth. Working closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Employer Brand colleagues and country HR teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence recruitment across the entire funnel, from attraction and candidate experience through to systems, reporting and operational excellence. You'll report into Mariska, Team Lead Recruitment Enablement, and work alongside colleagues who love solving problems, improving processes and creating better experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike. You're the kind of person who spots opportunities where others see problems. You enjoy simplifying processes, making things work better and collaborating with people across different teams, countries and cultures. Whether you come from Recruitment Operations, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations or Project Management, you're motivated by improving recruitment and delivering real results.

 

Additionally, you have:

  • HBO/Bachelor's level working and thinking ability.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience within Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Recruitment Marketing or a similar environment.
  • Experience leading projects, process improvements or operational change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience within a high-volume recruitment environment, such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics or shared services.
  • Experience with either recruitment technology, systems, data and reporting or recruitment marketing, candidate attraction and employer branding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one additional European language.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters or similar platforms is an advantage.
