You
You are responsible for overseeing and helping to maintain our ServiceNow platform fit for use and fit for purpose. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that changes align with business objectives and are executed in a controlled and efficient manner.
You drive continuous improvement and play a crucial role in a challenging and fast-growing IT organization. With the goal: a better service and customer experience. And there's more: you take a close look at our own way of working and make it more efficient where possible.
A selection of your tasks:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Owner, Domain Architect and business process owners to identify and implement process improvements
- Design and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow
- Safeguard the overall ServiceNow Architecture
- Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration mappings, and platform roadmaps and enforce standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring your team mates.

This is you:
Focused on improvement. There's nothing you love more than coming up with efficient ways to deliver and improve IT services. In doing so, you combine technical with functional knowledge and score high on pragmatism, IQ and EQ. As a self-starter, you manage daily priorities in an efficient way. You don’t hesitate to take the lead and deliver tangible outcomes when it comes to increasing the value of the ServiceNow platform at Action. And as a team player, you can work well with people at all organizational levels. You also bring good analytical skills and you are always looking for solutions.
And further:
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and development
- Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with 3rd-party systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, etc.)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
