Your daily actions

The Service Desk consists of a strong and international team. Together with your colleagues, you answer all questions coming in from our stores in the Netherlands. These questions are very diverse and may relate to ICT, Human Resources, Facility/Property, or Finance, for example.

You ensure that every inquiry reaches the correct department and is resolved quickly, efficiently, and with a service-oriented approach. Helping others energizes you, and you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments. In this role, you will be in contact with the stores, as well as with various departments at our international headquarters.

If a problem cannot be resolved immediately, you actively search for a solution. You answer questions by phone and via our ticketing system and ensure that all requests are correctly registered in our database.

As a Store Support Employee, you will work during our weekend opening hours. The role focuses primarily on support on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible scheduling based on team staffing and your availability.

Meet your team

Our Action stores are located in various European countries and offer the same strong customer experience everywhere. This is only possible when stores operate in a standardized manner and can carry out their daily activities under the best conditions: making customers happy, supporting employees, and working efficiently.

Central Store Operations ensures this standardization and plays a key role in Action's rapid growth. We provide clear guidelines and monitor the progress of all stores. We are the first point of contact for operational questions from the stores and ensure that problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

You work in a very international environment at Action. The working language within our department is English, while the Store Helpdesk supports the stores in their local language — in this case, Dutch. Many of your colleagues started their careers in an Action store, meaning you truly work at the heart of the store operation.

As Action continues to grow, we constantly offer new challenges and opportunities to further improve the daily work of our colleagues in the stores.

  • Minimum MBO working and thinking level
