In this role, you add value by enabling internal users through integrated services, tools, and technology, following MACH architectural principles. Key initiatives within your scope of responsibility include assessing, optimize, and make our marketing tech stack fit for growth. You translate marketing needs into scalable, forward-looking tech solutions.

 

Continuous improvements of our newly integrated CMS & DAM systems, the integration and adoption of Product Experience Management (PXM), and a marketing automation platform.

 

As a Sr. Product Manager you are responsible for building the right product where you technical counterpart (TPO) is responsible for building the product right. You will independently lead and drive these initiatives, ensuring that business goals are met while delivering optimal performance.  Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder demands is key. Success in this role hinges on balancing technical know-how with a strong commercial focus. You will work within an agile environment ensuring that the necessary tools and technology are in place to support Action’s strategic objectives.

The Senior Product Manager – MarTech & Automation reports to the Head of Product & UX and works closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Customer Insights, CRM and Performance Marketing. Together, we strive to enhance our internal systems to support both our business and our customers.

In this role, you'll be part of the Marketing team, responsible for implementing and optimizing the tools that support our marketing efforts and improve business productivity.

As Senior Product Manager, your strength lies in effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, where you naturally involve stakeholders. You have a clear understanding of the needs of our internal users and keep an eye on our overarching strategic goals. You navigate the complexity of product management with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You are tech savvy, make decisions based on data, take responsibility, and strive for perfection.

 

You also have the following qualifications:

 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business, IT, or marketing, with Scrum Product Owner training and certification.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in an agile environment, working at the intersection of business and IT, with hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms or tools (preferably Marketing Automation).
  • Experience with project management.
  • A commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic, can-do mentality.
  • Excellent spoken and written command of English (Dutch is a plus).
