Introduction
Do you want to play a key role in keeping a fast-growing retail organization safe and secure? As Security Expert at Action, you contribute directly to protecting our people, premises, products and profit across stores, distribution centers and offices.

In this role you translate security expertise into practical, operational solutions. You work closely with business stakeholders and security partners to identify risks, support incident handling, and continuously improve security standards. You are hands-on, proactive, and focused on making a difference in day-to-day operations. 

This position requires a willingness to travel as part of the role. The frequency may vary depending on business requirements and will be further clarified during the interview process.

This is your daily action

• Identify and assess physical and operational security risks in stores and distribution centers and support mitigation actions
• Support the implementation and improvement of security policies, procedures and standards
• Provide first-line support during security incidents, coordinate follow-up actions and support investigations
• Collaborate with other departments on initiatives to prevent and reduce stock loss
• Work with external security providers to monitor performance, follow up on agreements and ensure service quality
• Support analysis of incident and loss data, identify patterns and contribute to improvement initiatives
• Monitor and help optimize physical and technical security systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, alarms, guarding)
• Support security awareness and training within operational teams
• Contribute to reporting and insights to support decision-making

The Fraud & Security department at Action is focused on protecting people, premises, and profit across the organization. Supporting all business domains including stores, supply chain operations, and offices, the department provides expertise in security, fraud prevention, and loss prevention. Through proactive risk management and close alignment with business operations, we help create a safe, secure, and resilient environment.

This is you

You are a practical and reliable security professional who enjoys working in an operational environment. You are structured, hands-on and able to translate risks into clear and workable actions. You recognize risks quickly, communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders across the business.

In addition you have:

• A completed bachelor’s degree (or comparable level)
• At least 5 years of experience in a security related role
• Solid knowledge of physical and technical security measures
• Experience with incident handling and basic investigations
• Experience working with security reporting or data analysis
• Experience working with security providers or vendors
• Familiar with relevant regulations (e.g. TAPA, GDPR)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
