With more than 2,900 stores in 13 countries, Action is expanding rapidly— and none of that growth happens without our incredible store teams. Working closely with the Central Store Operations team, our local teams play a crucial role in delivering the Action promise to our customers.

Your background

• A Master’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Economics, or equivalent
• Leadership potential: you inspire, connect, and take people with you
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
• Willing and able to travel and gain international experience
• Fluent in English and German
