Your background
- A Masters’ degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Economics or equivalent
- Leadership potential: you inspire, connect and take people with you
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
- Willing and able to travel and gain international experience
- Fluent in English and German
