Description:

Real Estate Analyst – Zwaagdijk-Oost

Do you have strong analytical skills, and do you want to make an impact on the growth of one of Europe's fastest-growing retailers? As a Real Estate Analyst at Action in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you will play a crucial role in improving decision-making around store locations and optimising our store portfolio. You will work with colleagues in various countries and departments to analyse performance and identify opportunities in a position with a lot of responsibility and a visible impact.

Your tasks

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will analyse and report on the real estate performance of our country organisations in collaboration with Business Control. You will work with the BI team to automate and improve reporting. You will prepare the Real Estate Committee and assess investment proposals for stores in support of decisions made by the CFO and CEO. In doing so, you will support countries in their preparation, act as a link between departments and monitor progress. You will also work on long-term plans for Real Estate, contribute to solving complex issues involving real estate and other disciplines (such as logistics), and assist with integrated solutions that contribute to Action's growth and efficiency.

A typical working day

You will start your day by analysing the latest real estate performance data from our country organisations. You will discuss prominent trends with colleagues from Business Control and come up with a number of focus areas together. You will then focus on preparing the Real Estate Committee by assessing investment proposals for new store locations.
In the afternoon you will meet with the Supply Chain transport team to discuss the latest guidelines surrounding transport. You will then work with the BI team on automating reports. You will end your day on a call with a country team to discuss their store pipeline in detail. Your effort and commitment will ensure that decision-making within the Real Estate department is structured, efficient and well-founded.
