As a Project Manager Supply Chain & Commerce, you will manage medium-sized projects and initiatives, learning to navigate a complex and fast-moving organization. You bring energy, curiosity and a strong delivery mindset, and you grow into increasingly complex projects over time.

Daily Actions

You are part of the Project Management department for Supply Chain & Commerce (approx. 15–20 Project Managers) and report to the Manager Project Management. Together with Program Managers and senior business stakeholders, you turn strategic ambitions into reality.

You are responsible for

• Managing projects or workstreams from initiation to completion 
• Supporting definition of scope, objectives, planning and deliverables 
• Driving day-to-day progress and ensuring deadlines are met 
• Coordinating project teams and stakeholders 
• Identifying risks and issues and escalating when needed 
• Supporting implementation and adoption of project outcomes 
• Reporting progress, results and deviations clearly and transparently 
• Actively learning from senior colleagues and contributing to team collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or similar OR relevant experience 
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, consultancy, operations or an analytical role 
• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. retail, logistics, consultancy, operations) 
• Affinity with IT-enabled projects and systems implementations 
• Interest in both project delivery and change implementation 
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
