The Project Manager is driving one or a series of extensive projects that impact the store, DC’s, Offices & IHQ organization and the way we operate in our Fraud & Security department. 
What you’ll spend your time doing:

 

  • To manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all security and fraud-related projects across supply chain, office, and retail environments. 
  • The role ensures strategic alignment and effective collaboration among cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve timely and high-quality project outcomes. 
  • Additionally, the Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security and fraud prevention policies and procedures in partnership with relevant departments, fostering a secure and resilient operational framework.

 

Key tasks and responsibilities are:


Lead the end-to-end management of security and fraud-related projects, from initial planning and scoping through to execution, monitoring, and final delivery. Ensure all projects are aligned with organizational objectives and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

 

 Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees on security and fraud risks, prevention techniques, and reporting procedures.

 

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Prepare and present regular updates, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key outcomes.

 

Meet your team


This role is part of the Fraud & Security Department, a key function dedicated to protecting the organization’s people, assets, and operations from internal and external threats. The department works collaboratively with Supply Chain, IT, Legal, HR, and Retail Operations to proactively manage fraud risks, enhance physical and digital security, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Security & Fraud Project Manager plays a vital role in driving strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s overall security posture and operational integrity

Since the team is new and lots of development is still needed, we are looking for enthusiastic colleagues to bring spirit and drive success! 
You have well-established communication and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with allot of different stakeholders. 
Besides this, you must not be afraid to challenge current working methods and set up proposals to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce complexity.

 

In addition, we prefer:

 

  • University work and thinking level in combination with minimally completed Bachelor is a plus.
  • 7+ years (extensive knowledge) in similar role / in project management environment Good level of English writing and speaking and preferably one or more European languages such as German, Dutch, French or Polish 
  • Presentation and communication skills: ability to effectively convey ideas in diverse situations, tailor communication to the audience, and build consensus through fact based discussions.
