Fulltime (38 hours per week)

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in working with data and systems? Do you enjoy solving problems, spotting inconsistencies, and finding ways to improve data quality? Join Action as a Product Data

Analyst and help ensure that our product data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support our business operations.

As a Product Data Analyst within our Data Management department, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that our product data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You’ll analyse data quality issues, identify inconsistencies and their root causes, and work with colleagues across the business to find practical solutions.

You’ll combine your analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes to improve the way product data is managed and used. You’ll work closely with teams such as Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Data Management to understand issues, improve data quality, and prevent recurring problems.

This is your daily action

  • Monitor and analyse product data quality to ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Analyse product data and data flows between systems to identify discrepancies, missing information, incorrect records, and potential data quality risks.
  • Investigate the root causes of data quality issues by understanding the underlying business processes, identifying where errors originate, and coordinating appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain, validate, and improve key article data across relevant business systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Perform data cleansing and correction activities, including mass data corrections, to improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify recurring data issues, analyse patterns and trends, and translate findings into practical improvements to prevent future errors.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Data Management, IT, and other business departments to understand data-related challenges, resolve discrepancies, and improve data processes.
  • Maintain and analyse data quality reports, dashboards, and documentation to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support business decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of data quality rules, controls, and procedures, ensuring they reflect business needs and internal standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product data management processes, helping strengthen data reliability and operational efficiency across the organisation.
