Introduction

We're looking for a Process Expert to join our team, you'll be at the centre of our operational excellence, ensuring our 3,000+ stores across 14 European countries operate with unified, simple, and effective processes.
This is your daily action
- Your day is diverse: from analysing business performance to validating IT changes and updating work instructions.
- Maintain and optimize our operational model to ensure one unified way of working across all Action stores
- Develop, test, and rollout workforce management systems with comprehensive work instructions
- Ensure new countries align with our current planning and scheduling processes
- Drive digitalization initiatives to make our processes more efficient and future-ready
- Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel or other data handling systems to support management decision-making
- Create assignments and plans while ensuring commitment to critical deadlines

You'll be joining a team that acts like the spider in the web that connects all our operational processes. This team is responsible for ensuring that every Action store operates efficiently, whether it's in the Netherlands, Germany, or any of our other European markets.
This is you
You're naturally structured and organized but also flexible and adaptable because our dynamic retail environment requires constant mental switching between different priorities. You thrive on creating order and consistency while embracing the fast-paced nature of retail operations.
In addition:
- A completed MBO level 4 or HBO degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in workforce management processes
- Experience in planning and process development is highly valued
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of English (both oral and written)
