The Commercial department at Action is expanding, and you can play a key role in this development! We are looking for a driven Process Expert Commerce who brings a fresh perspective and a hands-on mindset to take our commercial processes to the next level.Do you get energy from improving processes, enjoy collaborating with various departments, and want to make an impact in a dynamic retail environment? This is your daily action

As a Process Expert Commerce, you are the key link between teams such as Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. You ensure that commercial processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof. In this role, you are responsible for part of the commercial processes and focus on:

  • Process Optimization & Implementation: Defining, documenting, and implementing end-to-end commercial processesStreamlining and managing processes, including compliance checks and continuous improvements
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Building bridges between departments and facilitating smooth collaborationLeading and communicating process improvements and complex projects
  • Knowledge Management & Innovation: Making process documentation accessible and keeping it up to dateIdentifying opportunities to improve processes using new technologies
  • Operational Support & Problem Solving: Acting as the first point of contact for complex process-related questions and structural bottlenecksSupporting implementations, testing, and go-live phases

The Commercial Process Team is the center of expertise for commercial processes within Action. We ensure that processes are not only efficient and standardized, but also user-friendly and intuitive for our colleagues. Together, we build future-proof solutions!

You are a true connector with an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude. You switch effortlessly between various stakeholders and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are result-oriented and have a strong sense of the fast-paced retail environment in which we operate.
Besides that you also have:

  • Professional and intellectual abilities at Bachelor level.
  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in Process Management. Preferably within Promo, Merchandise or Commercial Planning.
  • Experience with Mendix and/or Anaplan
  • You have broader experience in a retail- or logistics organization.
  • Good command of English.
