Action is an expanding Company and one of the core units that drives our growth across our geographies is the Real Estate unit with its Portfolio & Lease department. This department has a supporting role  to our  expansion and drives constant portfolio optimization. We believe you could be our new colleague, joining as a Portfolio & Lease Analyst, part of the International HQ of Action, reporting into the Manager Portfolio & Lease. Take a look!

 

This is your daily action


Overall this position focuses on portfolio management strategy and lease administration across our all 14 countries. You are a portfolio and lease knowledge center and you support the Manager Portfolio & Lease in defining, driving and controlling portfolio management execution while ensuring high-quality data management.

 

In particular, You:

 

  • Drive Portfolio Strategy: Participate in creating and implementing Portfolio & Lease strategy, including establishing standards and documentation for portfolio and lease management across Action
  • Monitor Performance: Track KPIs for portfolio, expansion and lease management, monitor and report on short and long-term budgets, targets and savings
  • Support Country Operations: Act as consultant for country teams on all Portfolio & Lease topics and provide daily support on administration 
  • Manage Systems & Data: Monitor data quality in SAP software and educate local teams when needed
  • Support Expansion: Set up new country Portfolio & Lease teams, participate in recruitment processes, provide onboarding support and coaching to ensure high-quality knowledge standards
  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Work with Finance, Supply Chain and other internal departments to align and improve portfolio and lease processes

You are naturally an organized and analytical person, who has pragmatism and process optimization as core professional drivers. Cost consciousness and efficiency are important topics that you follow and support in your daily work. Working in an international environment and dealing with different cultures gives you energy. You are a proactive team member who can work autonomously when the situation calls for it while maintaining accurate attention to detail.

 

For Portfolio & Lease Analyst II level, you have:

 

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good English both written and spoken
  • Detailed knowledge of retail real estate and lease administration
  • Experience in Portfolio Management domain 
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP software
  • Strong planning and cross-functional cooperation skills
