If you have deep expertise in SuccessFactors Learning, a talent for driving process improvements, and the ambition to help shape the future of L&D in a fast-paced international environment, then this is your next step.

This is your daily Action

  • Implementing structured processes for compliance training and participant registration across all countries
  • Driving completion rates, reducing cancellations, and improving overall learning operations

You bring structure, drive, and problem-solving to a fast-moving environment and you don’t just manage systems, you make them work smarter.

  • A proven track record in LMS process optimisation and project management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across functions
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
