This is your daily Action
At Action, we believe in the importance of continuous development. The People & Development team focuses on developing training programs, talent management, and engagement within Action.
As a People Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the administrative side, including planning and executing training, development, and assignment programs in various countries. You'll assist specialists in responding to written inquiries and requests, and be involved in planning activities and supporting the creation of materials for people development initiatives. A prime example is our onboarding program: every month, we welcome all new employees at our international headquarters, and you'll assist in setting up training sessions, including reserving spaces, inviting participants, and sending out questionnaires. Additionally, you'll support People Development Specialists in drafting guidelines and creating presentation materials. In this role, you'll have ample opportunity to contribute new ideas for development.
