We are looking for a conscientious Payroll Expert who has a broad experience with complex Payroll and HR Administration, with a strong focus on cross-border scenarios including mobility and international payroll. This is your daily action
As Payroll Expert, you are responsible for managing complex payroll processes, (mainly cross-border payroll) administration, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution. Your daily activities include:
- Processing and verifying payroll data
- Maintaining detailed payroll records and ensuring compliance with tax laws, reporting obligations, and internal policies
- Preparing financial information for accounting and audit purposes
- Developing reports through research and data analysis
- Supporting continuous improvement and development of payroll systems.
- Acts as a key advisor to the Payroll Manager on payroll-related matters
- Act as a back-up to the Payroll Manager in coordinating cross-border payroll activities

This is you
- Proven experience in a similar position, with a strong focus on cross-border scenarios including mobility and international payroll
- In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of Payroll and HR systems, with the ability to navigate and optimize system functionalities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and automation
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong numerical aptitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Highly organized, with a structured approach to managing activities and projects, consistently meeting deadlines and adhering to guidelines
- Proficient with payroll software such as SAP ECP; knowledge of SuccessFactors or comparable systems
