(Fulltime, 38 hours per week)

 

The purpose of this position is to support the Organizational Design team in delivering organizational transformation initiatives across Action. The Intern Organizational Design contributes to the analysis, design and implementation of organizational structures, governance models and ways of working that enable Action's continued growth and operational effectiveness.

 

Working closely with the Organizational Design Expert and Manager, the intern supports organizational assessments, workforce analyses, operating model initiatives and organizational change projects by providing analytical, project and stakeholder support.

 

This is your daily action

 

Organizational Design Support

  • Supports the development and implementation of organizational design initiatives across the business, contributes to the preparation of recommendations and supporting materials
  • Assists in the assessment of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities and governance models
  • Supports the documentation and maintenance of organizational structures and organizational design standards

 

Analysis & Insights

  • Collects, consolidates and analyses organizational and workforce data to support decision-making
  • Supports the development of organizational effectiveness assessments, span and layer analyses and workforce planning activities
  • Translates data into clear insights, reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Contributes to the preparation of scenario analyses for organizational change initiatives

 

Project & Stakeholder Support

  • Supports the planning, coordination and execution of organizational design projects
  • Assists in preparing workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Tracks project actions, milestones and deliverables to support successful implementation
  • Collaborates with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to gather information and validate analyses

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Supports the identification of opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, governance and ways of working
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of methodologies, templates and tools used by the Organizational Design team
  • Actively participates in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities within the team

You will join the Organizational Design team, a collaborative and analytical group focused on shaping and improving the company’s structure, governance, and ways of working. The team works closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders across the organization to support transformation initiatives and ensure the company continues to grow efficiently. Led by an Organizational Design Expert, the team combines data-driven insights with strategic thinking to design effective organizational solutions and drive continuous improvement. The environment is dynamic, supportive, and offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

 

This is you

 

Education

  • Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Affinity with organizational design, organizational effectiveness and business transformation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to structure information and translate complex topics into clear presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
