Organisation Development Manager
Organisation Development Manager
Fulltime, 38 hours per week
Introduction
Do you have a passion for making organisations work smarter, simpler, and stronger? At Action’s International Headquarters in Zwaagdijk, we’re looking for an Organisation Development Manager to help shape our fast-growing company for the future. In this strategic role, you’ll ensure our international and country overhead structures are scalable, simple, and efficient—keeping Action agile as we continue to grow internationally. If you enjoy combining data, strategy, and stakeholder collaboration to drive meaningful change, this could be your next step.
This is your daily action
You start your day aligning with department heads to discuss the future structure of a growing team. Then it’s time to review FTE dashboards and cost data, providing insights for leadership. After lunch, you join a working session to simplify how overhead teams collaborate across countries. You finish the day preparing a recommendation to the Lead of the Organisation Development team—backed by analysis and smart solutions.
In this role you will:
- Design and implement strategies to support a scalable, efficient organisation
- Define and maintain clear structures, roles, and responsibilities
- Track FTE targets, monitor organisational costs, and report on progress
- Collaborate with departments and countries to align on organisational guidelines
- Drive key initiatives that support our strategic priorities and efficient ways of working
Meet your team
You’ll be part of the Organisation Development team at our International Headquarters in Zwaagdijk, reporting to the Lead of the Organisation Development team. The team is focused on translating company strategy into organisational structures, FTE targets, and key initiatives. In addition:
- A completed Master’s degree and university-level thinking
- At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational environment
- Proven ability in numerical and business analysis
- Demonstrable experience with SAP SuccessFactors and workforce planning
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written)
