The Inbound Supply Chain department ensures a predictable and reliable goods flow from around the globe to our European distribution centres. As Manager Ocean Freight Destination Logistics, you will be responsible for orchestrating container transport from global ports to our network in Europe. You are a strategic logistics leader who thrives in a dynamic and complex international environment. With a strong grasp of supply chain networks and service provider management, you can zoom in on operational details while keeping a firm eye on the bigger picture. You are results-driven, data-oriented, and capable of leading your team through transformation with clarity and inspiration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience within Supply Chain preferably in retail and/or 4PL/3PL logistics retail or freight forwarding
- Experience with SAP Transport Management (TM) is an advantage
- Strong leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in change management and operational excellence
- Excellent contract and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Dutch is a plus
