Your Daily Action


As an HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Overhead, you’ll be at the heart of our central Supply Chain departments, working directly with eight senior managers and their teams, around 280 employees, who shape the future of our logistics. Your goal? Empower leaders and their teams to reach their full potential.

 

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

 

  • Build Connections: Forge strong relationships across the Supply Chain departments.
  • Strategic HR: Turn business needs into clear, practical HR strategies and people plans.
  • Advisor & Coach: Be the go-to for HR policies, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Develop Leaders: Equip middle management with the skills to thrive and lead.
  • Drive Engagement: Implement initiatives around safety, training, and talent management.
  • Boost Recruitment: Team up with recruiters to maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage temp staffing.
  • Lead Projects: Tackle HR projects that ensure successful scaling and growth.
  • Working closely with the Head of HR for Supply Chain, you’ll co-create the long-term People Plan, supporting the growth of our rapidly expanding teams. You’ll thrive on solving recruitment challenges, driving performance, and spearheading change across diverse functions.

You’ll be part of the dynamic HR Supply Chain team, collaborating with experts in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, People Development, HR Projects, Legal, and HR Services. Working together, you’ll support our fast-paced, growing organisation and play a key role in the ongoing development of our people.

You’re an energetic and pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You love building relationships, influencing at all levels, and making practical HR solutions happen.

 

What you bring:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree (HRM or International Business preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a supply chain or logistics setting.
  • Proven skills in HR processes like workforce planning, training, and team development.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
  • A proactive mindset, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and managing stakeholders.
  • A knack for turning big ideas into practical, actionable plans.
