DC (Warehouse) Process Manager

We’re offering a great opportunity to become the Process Manager for our new Distribution Center (DC) in Banyeres del Penedès. You’ll be part of the setup from the start, leading the rollout of core operational processes, building your team, and preparing the DC for a smooth Go-Live. Once operational, you’ll ensure that logistics processes run efficiently, safely, and at the lowest cost—with full focus on quality and performance.

Your daily actions

At Action, our supply chain never stands still. With over 3,000 stores across Europe, 16 distribution centers, and new ones opening each quarter, we’re scaling fast. That means big operational challenges—and big opportunities for people who love to make things better.

From day one, you’ll be onboarded into Action’s way of working and support the final steps towards Go-Live. Once the DC is running, you’ll take the lead on Process Control and Stock Control, reporting directly to the DC Manager. Your goal: to implement, monitor, and continuously improve logistics processes—maximizing efficiency and quality while keeping costs low. You’ll manage your teams with clarity and structure, using solid planning and clear work instructions to ensure targets are met. You’ll inspire your people to think along, improve processes, and learn from experiences. You’ll also ensure all work meets safety and legal standards, and that SOPs are documented and followed.

As part of Action’s international Process Management network, you’ll collaborate with peers across Europe and work closely with central process experts—contributing to improvements across our full DC network. During absence of the site manager, you'll be covering for his/her absence.

This is you

You’re structured, pragmatic, and always looking for ways to improve. You know how to lead a team through change, coach people to grow, and simplify complexity. Even under pressure, you create clarity and keep the team moving.

You bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role—preferably in a logistics or retail environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system, Excel doesn't have any secrets for you;
  • Familiarity with European DC operations and shared working standards is a plus;
  • Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written);
  • Lean certification is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach;
  • Strong personality to safeguard all standards in operations and processes.
