Do you enjoy creating clear, engaging communication and connecting people across borders? Are you ready to manage the internal Supply Chain communication for one of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers? As Manager Internal Communication Supply Chain at Action’s international headquarters, you ensure that our Supply Chain organization is always well-informed and aligned from hub to distribution center to HQ and beyond.
Your daily actions
As Manager Internal Communication Supply Chain you are responsible for all internal communication within our international Supply Chain network. You will translate information and developments from HQ departments into clear concise and relevant messages for our network across Europe.
You work closely with various departments at headquarters and report to the Manager Central Logistic Operations. You ensure that communication is effective, timely, and tailored to the needs of our supply chain organization.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Creating and managing internal communication tools such as newsletters, reports, and intranet content
- Translating complex information into easy-to-read and engaging texts
- Monitoring the effectiveness of our communication channels and driving continuous improvement
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all communication and translations for our international network
- Liaising with translators and stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging
- A dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you can truly make an impact on how we connect with our colleagues throughout the Supply Chain.
Your team
You will be part of the Central Logistic Operations department and report directly to the Manager Central Logistic Operations. You’ll work closely with supply chain teams across Europe and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments at HQ. Together, you ensure that everyone in our Supply Chain network stays informed and connected, contributing to the efficient flow of goods to millions of customers.
This is you
You are a structured communicator with an eye for detail and a feel for people. You know how to simplify complex information and make it accessible for different audiences. With your proactive attitude and organizing skills, you ensure that communication flows efficiently across the network.
You also bring:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in internal communication (retail is a pre)
- A strong command of English; other languages are a plus
- A keen sense of structure, clarity, and tone-of-voice
- Experience in editing, content creation and stakeholder management
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
