Your daily actions
- Developing the annual plan and budget for the commercial department together with the management team, in line with Action’s broader strategy.
- Creating a clear roadmap and monitoring the progress of initiatives that make a real impact.
- Bringing structure to complex challenges and translating strategic concepts into actionable, scalable plans.
- Working closely with departments such as Buying, Quality & Sustainability, Sourcing & Operations, and others to embed commercial initiatives into daily practice.
- Supporting decision-making with sharp analyses and clear presentations for the Executive Committee and the Board.
- Contributing to the development of a future-proof operating model that enables growth and strengthens collaboration.
- Building bridges between strategy, organization, processes, and systems, ensuring integration across domains and helping design scalable, future-ready commercial capabilities.

Who you are
- You are an analytical and entrepreneurial professional who thrives on achieving strategic goals. You easily switch between abstract concepts and hands-on execution and know how to engage people in change.
- A university degree (WO) and at least 3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a similar strategic role.
- Experience developing business cases, strategic plans, and guiding implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; you can engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility, decisiveness, and the ability to bring structure to a dynamic environment.
- The talent to bridge strategy, organization, processes, and systems — turning them into scalable commercial solutions.

- A market-based salary based on a 38-hour workweek.
- 24 vacation days, with the option to purchase 5 extra days (based on a 38-hour week).
- A temporary contract with the intention of offering a permanent contract later on.
