As a Back Office Employee within our IT Projects & Portfolio department, you’ll play a key administrative role, ensuring our project and portfolio operations run smoothly. From coordinating reports to managing financial records, your work keeps the team focused and efficient – all while you grow your own skills in a supportive and down-to-earth environment.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities


You’ll be part of a small, approachable back office team known across the department as the go-to support for processes and people. While this position is based in the IT environment, it’s not a technical IT role – it’s administrative and organizational in nature. You’ll work closely with project and portfolio managers, supporting them with essential day-to-day operations.

 

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Preparing and maintaining recurring reports (including time writing and budgetcode reports)
  • Handling questions regarding purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Sopprt the process regarding new external hires 
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new team members (liaising with HR and hiring managers)
  • Managing and ensuring the accuracy of data in ServiceNow
  • User administration and SharePoint support
  • Proactively helping manage backlogs and staying flexible during peak moments (e.g. month-end)

 

This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles. Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, or basic reporting templates is a big plus.
