Description:

Artwork Coördinator

(Fulltime/ Part time, 32-38 hours per week)

What makes customers pick up products from the shelves and buy them?  Apart from the product itself and the price, it's the packaging that catches their attention. As Artwork Coordinator at Action, you will coordinate the design process of artwork for the packaging of hundreds of products every year. Just imagine convincing our millions of customers across Europe thanks to the eye-catching artwork on the packaging you've worked on. Join our enthusiastic team of artwork coordinators!

This is your daily action

You will be responsible for coordinating dozens of artworks simultaneously and lead the various stages of these projects. This means you'll be holding discussions with our buyers, quality department and suppliers. Based on the input you get, plus inspiration from the market and your own creative ideas, you will brief our external design agencies. You will also assess the artwork proposals, coordinate the internal feedback moments and have the feedback worked into the final designs. Once you have received approval from the internal stakeholders, and you're satisfied, you will check the colour samples and finally give the green light for production to start.

You will coordinate the artwork of our private labels and white label products. Our products are sold in 13 countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork for these products is suitable for all our markets. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the artworks complies with applicable standards, including safety warnings, recycling pictograms and translations in all relevant languages.

Your home base is our international team of nine passionate and fun employees, two of whom work in Hong Kong. We all appreciate the importance of teamwork. Together we build our 73 private labels and work on a huge amount of packaging artwork projects every year. The company culture is open and supportive, and you will experience a lot of positivity. We really welcome your initiatives and, where necessary, offer you the training and guidance you need to develop and grow your career!
