This is your daily Action
As a (Senior) Project Manager Store Operations, you will lead one or more (international) projects that impact the store organization and the way we operate in our stores. These projects affect the efficiency or quality of process execution and systems in the stores. In this role, you are a true chameleon, constantly adapting to the environment in which the project is situated. You will deal with different target groups, and the projects are international.
You are responsible for initiating and leading a project from start to finish. Together with cross-functional teams, you ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects within the agreed timeline and budget. Additionally, you have a strong internal customer focus and are willing to go the extra mile to make your projects successful.
Furthermore:
- Determine the project's objectives, scope, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Manage the delivery of agreed products within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards;
- Report on above towards business owners, senior management and other stakeholders
- Facilitate decision making by business owners and senior management
- Drive adoption and change across the whole network
- Report on the project's progress, risks, issues, and risk mitigation measures.

Our Store Projects Team is part of Store Operations, leading and delivering large-scale projects and improvements in the business model.

Qualitifations
As a (Senior) Project Manager Store Operations, you know how to work in a structured manner and how to lead a project team to achieve ambitious goals under time pressure.
Additionally:
- You are educated at the bachelor's or master's level;
- You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- You have proven experience in a multidisciplinary, international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment
- You have extensive knowledge of project management and excel in stakeholder management;
- You have a professional command of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch and additional EU languages are a plus
