Action is Europe’s big retail hit. In almost 25 years we’ve grown from a small group of shops in the Dutch province of Noord-Holland, to the best and fastest-expanding retail chain in Europe. From a handful of stores to over 1100 stores in 7 countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Austria). And we’re adding more every day. We haven’t achieved this alone. Today, we have nearly 40,000 enthusiastic employees helping us build on our success. They expand their borders every day to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied.

A competitive salary, a 34 to 38 hour working week, holiday pay, vacation days, arrangements for travel expenses, a pension, attractive prices in our staff restaurant, and a 15% staff reduction on purchases at an Action store.
